Aren’t You Tired Of Being Fat?
1. Understand nutrition
If you really want to lose weight you have to know something about nutrition.
Nutrition really just means what you are putting into your mouth.
It is not enough to follow the latest diet fad. You have to know what you are eating.
If not, you can be fooled. How do you really know what is right for you and what isn’t? How do you figure out why a new diet failed? Or what worked that you need to continue?
It all starts with learning something about nutrition, what you are eating. It isn’t too hard if you start with the basics.
There are labels on most foods. The labels are a good place to start. They list the calories as well as protein, fat, and carbohydrate content of foods. You can use them to compare foods and make wise choices.
You will also want to get a good book that has nutritional information that you can count on. Particularly when it comes to weight loss, knowledge is power.
2. Make a plan.
Once you know something about nutrition, you have to make a plan. It doesn’t have to be complicated, but you have to have some idea of where you are going.
You just take the basics you learned from reading your food labels and from your other reading, and figure out how you are going to use them. You make a simple plan that will fit with your life and your schedule.
For example, you start by really finding out what protein is, where it comes from and why it is a crucial part of your permanent weight loss plan. Then you need to figure out where you are going to get the protein you need.
It may be as simple as cooking some chicken breasts to have in your lunch for the week. You can cook once per week if that fits your schedule, and pack each meal in an airtight container, one for each day. Taking you lunch in a cooler will not only help you eat right, it will save a lot of money you would otherwise have to spend buying your lunch.
Or, it might be as simple as carrying a protein bar in your purse or briefcase. Learning about the in’s and out’s of internet marketing can be difficult unless you have a great mentor and where can that mentorship be found? If you really want to succeed online you must get yourself a copy of Commission Blueprint 2.0 created by Steven Clayton and Tim Godfrey. The tools alone are worth the cost alone. Best wishes!
You have to make sure that good, nutritious and satisfying food is available when hunger strikes. It won’t do you much good to know what you should be eating, only to look around when you get hungry and all you can find is potato chips and soda.
A little planning goes along ways toward reaching your goals.
3. Keep your eye on your goal.
If you want to lose weight and keep it off, you have to keep your eye on your goal. Set a reasonable goal for yourself, and stick to it.
One way to set a goal is to use the body mass index. The body mass index is simply a way of finding how much you should way based on how tall you are. It doesn’t work well for some highly trained athletes, but for most of us it is very helpful.
Just type “body mass index” into any internet search engine, and you will find a calculator that will do the work for you. A number of 25 or less is considered normal. But remember, any weight you take off, even if you don’t get quite to your “ideal weight” is going to have tremendous benefits for your overall health and for your mental outlook.
You are probably going to have some ups and downs; most people do. But don’t let them throw you off.
Learn what you need to know about what you eat, make a plan, and then keep your mind on your goal. The little slips, the little backslides, don’t worry about these things. Look at the larger picture. Make a decision to about how you want to look and what you want to do with your life.
So you lost 20 pounds and gained back 2, or 3, or 5. It happens. But you’ve still made progress. Don’t give up.
Expect the little setbacks. They happen to everyone. Don’t let it get you down. And you will succeed.
Follow these steps, learn something about nutrition, make a plan, and stick to it. And you will finally have the body you always wanted!

All women left to vote in primaries, why wouldn't you vote for Hillary? Aren't you tired of being 2nd class?
I find it embarrasing that women are not stepping up for each other. Good Lord when are things going to change?
I have studied all the canidates and the only differece is color and sex. If you think that any of these candidates are not the same, it is you who does not know politics.
I want someone qualified to be in the presidents position. If it’s a woman awesome, but if the man is more qualified i’d rather have him be president.

I am not a woman, but I feel compelled to answer this question.
Any woman who votes for Clinton, simply because she is a woman is demonstrating that she has NO class.
If we vote for a candidate because he or she looks like us, what does that say about us?
References :
It’s not so much the fact that Hilary Clinton is a woman as the fact that she isn’t presenting ideas that many women are choosing to vote for. Would you rather have a male president who is a strong leader with your same values or a woman president who doesn’t share the public opinion who was voted into the Presidency just because she was a woman?
I would be all for a woman president– if, that is, she stood for what I do.
References :
I wouldn’t trust a word coming out of her mouth. That’s why I wouldn’t vote for her. She’s been caught in absolute lies too many times, just like her husband. Don’t think that’s the kind of leader I want.
References :
I find you to be a second class citizen, who is poorly educated and should not be given the right to vote…quite ranting about women’s right’s and go read a book or better yet go read each candidates statistics on voting and etc!!!!!!! You are what is an embarassment to women!

if it was any other woman, maybe i would do it, but not her.

Nobody wants a Commander in Chief who cries in public.

If you vote for somebody just because they are female, you are more of a sexist than anyone I know.
The ONLY reason Hillary is anywhere near where she is politically is the fact she rode Bill’s coat-tails all these years. Why do you think she put up with his adultery all these years? If it wasn’t for Bill, she would just be another lawyer.
What a shining example for all the women of America!! "Use a man to get somewhere!"

This question is highly insulting. You are suggesting that women should be stupid enough to vote for a woman even though she’s not the best candidate. Don’t you realize that if she did become president she would ruin the chances of having another, better, woman being elected? Be careful who you vote for.

Really, how dumb can you be?
I love our country, and therefore, I want the best PERSON to be president. I do not base my vote on race, gender or religion. I base my vote on issues.
AND, I do not consider myself to be a second class citizen. I have the job I want, make the salary I deserve, and get the respect I have earned. Nothing second class about that.

Whoever asked this question must be "2nd class" or only thinking with their gender qualities. I for one do not think any of the candidates are qualified although they do speak elegantly and in beneficial circles.

Well, like a grandmother in her 60’s wrote in the "letters to the editor" section in the latest Time magazine, young woman today have had it too easy (paraphrasing here). A lot of these female votes are coming from young woman who have had the way paved for them by woman from older generations. They are naive and don’t see the double standard at work. Obama has received fawning coverage and Hillary has received aggressive and hostile coverage. If people would go back and study American history they would see that black men got the vote decades ahead of white and black women. Women that had fought for the voting rights of blacks in the movement were told to wait and the movement would fight for their right to vote. It didn’t happen. Women had to wait more than fifty years. Ironically, history is repeating itself. Yet again, society turns a blind eye to sexism while abhorring racism. It is a shame that the public schools are in such a shambles or American young people would be better educated in their history and thus be able to identify patterns and make intelligent decisions.
And to all those who are ranting about how women are so stupid to vote for a woman based only on that factor—- Where is the outrage that exit polls clearly demonstrated that blacks were voting overwhelmingly for the black candidate? Gotta love the selective outrage! Lol.

If some of you want to be ignorant, I’m game.
I don’t see Obama lasting long in office. He’d probably end up like Martin Luther King Jr.
I think they’re wanting to show that the USA has come a long way since segregation, when I doubt it hasn’t much at all.
And I’m not understanding what Bill did so wrong while he was holding office? If you’re referring to the whole Monica thing… oh my god. I don’t see what their personal life has to do with running the country!! It’s about them making our country a better place!
I’m voting Hillary. Like I’ve seen someone once say before… I’d rather vote for someone who has had a husband as President.. then someone who hasn’t.
I’m just not understanding, because she has sat along side of her husband for 8 years, so she has way more experience with the presidential seat. So why not let those reasons be to vote for her other than her political views?
Whoever does win, I pity, though.. because they’ll have to clean up whatever mess Bush made.

I find the character of the person running to be elected to the highest office to represent my country is more important than her/his gender.
Hillary is so below the standards I expect from this individual.
I don’t hold a grudge, but I don’t believe in asking to be humiliated by a gov’t official to be a wise choice.
This woman humiliated herself and the nation by her actions when First Lady. It has nothing to do with her husbands’ actions – these were her own choices. She blatantly lied about so many issues it is disgusting. She also has a horrid record on healthcare for children. Do you realize the reform she put in school systems allows a child to be take from class to a Dr. for examination(this includes a GYN/OB) without the permission or notification of the parent(s)? This did happen to two 11/12yr old girls when the teachers THought they may have been pregnant!!
Also, her dealings with the "Rose papers" was shameful and because of her position no one smeared her name or subjected her to an investigation.
I can’t abide by someone of her questionable character.
References :
There are differences in the candidates, although they are enormously subtle and come down more to personality then issues. But regardless, to vote for someone based on their being female is just as sexist as not voting for someone for the same reason. If you really want equality, you would not factor in sex at all, especially considering Obama’s track record on women’s rights. In my opinion your not fighting for equality, but rather supremacy, in which case you deserve neither.

woman, man, black, white…whatever.
As a woman, I would never just vote for a woman on that basis alone. That way of thinking makes women as a whole look ridiculous.
How is that any different than a man being for men, blacks being for blacks..etc etc.
Think about it.
I’m not for Hillary because I dont like her – period.
