Excellent video. I’m lactose intolerant since 2005 due to an antibiotic. I have breast cancer, the Oncologist wants me on a high potassium diet since my red blood count is low. I cannot eat raw fruit or vegetables and most dried fruit does not agree with me. He took me off of coffee and soda. I am 5′2″ tall and 120 lbs. Please help me with a high potassium diet. I cook all vegtables and can eat chicken and salmon, but not shellfish. I do eat too many carbs. Thank you. Peace.
