- Eat after every 3 hours- By supplying vital nutrients constantly to your body, you enhance metabolism as well as stimulate muscle building.
- Eat 4-6 small meals a day- Habit of Eating big meal in a single sitting may make your body more prone to fat storing. This tendency may counter the results of your muscle mass building activities.
- Post workout nutrition- It is must to have good nutrition just after workouts done to gain mass otherwise all your efforts will go waste. Easily digestible protein shakes are considered good for supplying instant energy and to rebuild torn muscle tissues.

Confirmed on body type I want. Sounds good?
I had been indecisive for quite some time if I wanted to have a muscular fit build, or be lean or just skinny.
And now all I want is just to have a thin yet fit build without a whole lot of muscle. I know that muscle is awesome, I won’t deny that, but I have prom coming up and I am looking to slim down and be more on the skinny end.
I am about average right now. 5′5 128lbs. But I would like to be anywhere from 112-118, and mostly just lean.
I have 3 months to get where I want, I just need a change, even if it’s drastic. I also want to lose my thigh/bum fat as that is where I carry my weight. Therefore, I am looking for actually loosing muscle mass on my legs but achieving an overall thin girl physique.
Here is my plan
5:30am 1 hour Plyometrics
3:00pm Body weight excercises (push ups, pull ups, lower body) No weights!
6:00pm 1.5-2 hour run or 5-6 miles.
I know it sounds intense but I seriously need to shock my body and in a short amount of time.
My diet of course will consist mostly of fruits and vegetables. I understand that this is an extreme program and I won’t be consuming as much fat/carbs. I know the whole "yo yo effect" so no need to preach to me, I understand.
I simply just want an answer that will tell me if I can achieve my goal weight with this plan, 7 days a week and complete dedicaton and consistency.
Thanks for reading and please give me your input!
You should check this out this way that I did. It works very well for me and I lost 9 pounds in 2 weeks. You can get more info from link below.
