You would be better of to go to a gym and ask it over there:they have the right stuff there as well and sell those products.
You are safer of that way.
They are licensed,
We are not.

OK .. congratulations on your choice of sport. It takes a good few years to really show growth but if you are new you will see results very quickly, at least in the first six months without using any supplements at all.
Most guys that have been around for a while do not take much in the way of supplements, unless they have a sponsor like BNC or some other product manufacturer. The trick is to make sure you have enough nutrients so that, you have good energy levels to get the most out of your workout and that following exercise, you do not burn muscle mass off because of low sugar levels.
So .. have a banana 20 minutes before training. Use an energy supplement drink during training to keep electrolytes up … take a WPI protein shake with balanced carbs in it, immediately following training… (a post workout protien supplement is probably most important … or you could eat another banana but often that’s the last thing you feel like).
Creatine? OK.. if you want that stuff… these days it is best combined in a stack with an N.O. supplement (and other stuff) (most of which tastes like petrol) to be taken immediately prior to a workout. This "stack" boosts energy considerably for your workout making you lift more… but these "stacks" are also very expensive to use day after day… so I really doubt that they represent value for money…
If you are taking up this sport for the long term…. best to keep it simple… buy some bananas and at most, a post workout protein shake blend including some carbs to help solve the glucomic deficit your body will be in after an hour or so of hard work.
