big hard red and painful acne grow on my butt when I take my bodybuilding supplements?

Now im definetly sure that these supplements couse the acnes because the day I started taking them the after i realised acnes. it has also happened before.
any suggestion?

change the supplements that you are taking
or just stay off of the supplement for a while
and if the acne goes away and you try it again
and it comes back you should deffiently stop using it all together

Change the brand. Something in it is causing your hormones to produce more sebum (which is the nasty oil we have which causes acne).
