lol that is a boil on your butt. and what you need to do is lay a hot towel on the boil ,will take away pain if there is some and draw the head to the top. some you can pop on your own or the doctor will have to cut it and drain out the yucky stuff

Quit taking the supplements, it's all just snake oil and smoke anyway. You can get all the nutrition you need from real food.

Change the brand. Something in it is causing your hormones to produce more sebum (which is the nasty oil we have which causes acne).

If your wont quit taking it then try a different brand.

change the supplements that you are taking
or just stay off of the supplement for a while
and if the acne goes away and you try it again
and it comes back you should deffiently stop using it all together
