@djshock12345 people dont reccommend you use creatine at your age, stick to a balanced diet and a good training program. protein shakes are okay at 13, it just depends what you get.

I’m have no idea what you mean by translated fat increases hormone levels ..that doesn’t really make sense
fish oil which contains your epa and dha is re possible for healthy hormone production and or levels
it doesn’t necessarily have anything to do with increases or spikes, to have a healthy hormone response from the weight room is all about balance

you should read franco columbu’s book called ”the bodybuilder’s nutricion book” its very interreseting its about protein, what is does, how it works, how its made into amino acids and more.
you should read it to be an succesfull bodybuilder.

yea i know creatine founded in red meat ..and yea my post workout 2cup grapes juice(simple carbs)and whey protein but still there depends if i bulk or cut .. if i bulk i use a cytogainer if i cut i use optimum whey protein ..but i still eat 6 meals a days tho!

and that creatine is just between your ears.
if you eat correct and let your liver do his work (and give him enough iron) you do know creatine is a chemical your body needs to move and flex your muscles?
skip them, use good quality vitamins (along with fast sugars which contains in fruit) good quality protein suchs as meat and fish and carbs.

i don’t know man seriously lol u seem to know that as well but its not man .. bcaa is great help too keep your mass and help recovery while cutting and whey its way better than a meal after working out because of the diguestion and creatine help me to gain mass , strengh , recovery so is not man

amino acid is crap either, the amino acids DNA is allready dead before u buy it, same as whey protein. creatine is just an supplement which allows you to have more energy (for running as an example) it doesnt build your body. it holds water which makes u look bigger.
if u want real good protein powder, try to select protein from an animal source, these dna lasts longer which makes ur body absorb it better with more effect.

depends man , few supplement are a must! fat burners and like that is marketing i agree .. but multi V , like animal pack is great and you even have amino acid , antioxidan in it! Whey protein is great too and creatine but some of those are marketing too i agree ..but know your before to say anything like that!

do you know why i say these stuff are ?
because on the package the say ”1 scoop is 25gram protein” as example.
of these 25 gram protein your body can maybe take ½ or ¼ of that amount
so of the 25gram protein they say u eat/drink you might get 12½ gram or just 10gram’s of protein.
i dont know precisly why they do this, but I bet for marketing aka MAKE MONEY.
so screw these shakies and eat fish or meat instead. enough with vitamins and minerals.

i agree but some ppl like me dont get enaugh protein in my diet and i have a verry low calorie diet as well so i take the protein shakes to make sure i get enaugh protein to asure that my mustle tissue gets restored allot better.

creatin pushes water into your musles causeing them to look dense THEN on top of that your body will keep water stored through its own way of keeping you hydrated, people on creatin take as much water as they can.
WHY DO U THINK PRO BODY BUILDERS DONT DRINK WATER AFTER 7 OR why do boxers need sweat suits IDIOT
