I have been lifting weights for the past 7 months and I have begun to plateau big time. I have tried switching up my routine, but I would like to begin taking some LEGAL supplements. Can anyone make some good recommendations besides creatine and protein whey?Just a little bit of new information today for all those internet marketers looking for the best new up and coming release for 2010. Be on the lookout of Niche Blueprint 2 coming on January 11, it is going to be huge and change the ecommerce marketplace.

the diet is 80% of the equation, training is 10% and supplementation 10%. you don’t get big muscles from supplements you get them from a diet of whole foods and an ever increasing caloric intake. exercise only stimulates the muscles and central nervous system the diet determines the size of those muscles. if your body fat % is average around 14% +/- then consume 30% protein, 50% carbs and 20% fats. take your bodyweight x 15 and consume that many calories daily. if there is still no weight gain then increase your cals by 10% each week until weight gain occurs. if there is muscle gain in some body parts and not in others then the problem lies in either your training or recovery of those body parts. if you are using progressive resistance and training at a high level of intensity (loads close to 80% or the 1RM) then the problem lies in your diet if there is no muscle gain over the entire body.
