I know I am doing …
I know I am doing that now. When I purchase whey protein I will get a low fat version and use it only before a workout and after a workout. I have been eating clean food and I workout every now and then. Before bed and sometimes I go to the gym. I go to the gym 2-6 times a week. On a bad week (Busy) I get in only about 2-3 45-1hour workouts. On a good week (Free) I get in about 3-5 workouts some last 2 hours, But about 1hr 30mins a workout is more likely. I always do some sit-ups before bed.
