What bodybuilding supplements are safe to take for a 14 year old to take?
Yeah its me im 14 and want to build muscle I play sports regularly and i strech before and after workouts what is safe to take I take protein shakes already what else can i take without harming myself too much
It won’t do you any good. All you need is a multivitamin. You don’t know how to properly work out yet; don’t even disagree with me and say you do…. I have been working out for longer than you have been alive and once you hit high school, maybe in a year or two, you should take creatine, protein, and a multivitamin.

really nothing don’t take no steroids i bet u u all ready new not to but if u do and u stop work-in out ever day ur muscle becomes not muscle
but u could take like those vitamin tablets ya to make u have vitamins oooo and u can drink milk and drop sugar drinks they say that most kids who choose milk over sugarey drinks have a tone and muscler body

first off make sure you have a solid diet and get at least 1g per pound of ur bodyweight in protein. supplements SUPPLEMENT a good diet soo once thats solid you should be good with whey protein, a multi and creatine monohydrate(no loading 5g per day). find a good lifting program and have fun!!
