Wow wow wow..stop! Protein shakes are enough! Creatine can be added too but it isn’t really necessary. You have to EAT 6 times a day mate, supps are supps, they just help you a bit. Don’t fall for those commercials you don’t need tons of them to gain. Just focus on eating more calories then your BMR is and you will grow! Your BMR is your bodyweight multiplied by 20. Add 500 calories to it to grow and you are set. Just a small part of them should come from shakes. Plus don’t expect to grow tons of muscle in a month, you can only gain 2lbs of muscle a month, anything more is fat and water…
