Fitness and Nutrition Plan – Any Good Sites?
I am trying to increase speed, endurance, overall strength, and achieve a six pack and bigger arms. Is there any good sites or anything I should do to get ready for this? (Any sites giving excellent workouts, nutrition plans, grocery lists, etc.) I am kind of a beginner when it comes to extreme weightlifting. I took the year off and haven’t been involved in a sport for over a year. I am trying to get back into shape to compete in basketball, track, and cross country next year. Anyone?

If you really want to succeed online you must get yourself a copy of Commission Blueprint 2.0 created by Steven Clayton and Tim Godfrey. The tools alone are worth the cost alone. Best wishes!

Hi,
This is my field and your question caught my eye. The program that I work with is a weight management program. The really cool thing is it is a lifestyle program not just another "DIET." I have a few really good friends that are body builders or personal trainers and the GK (Genetic Key) Diet has helped them to really build lean muscle fast and support muscle recover and nutritional issues as well. They were quite impressed. I’d be happy to work with you anytime. You can contact me through my e-mail, take a look at the site. It features weight loss by utilizing, retaining and the building of lean mass while burning fat.
I look forward to hearing from you.

I found a new patch 2 yrs ago where nothing enters the body, so they are legal in all sports. David Beckham, lots of NBA, NFL players, & last yrs Worlds Strongest Man are using them. Besides the increase in energy & stamina, they also help burn fat.

Bodybuilding.com. Although you may not want to be a body builder, there’s great information there about nutrition, workouts. There’s also a transformation section where you see people, how they were, what they did to change their behavior, and their results. It’s really inspiring.
