How can I include fitness and nutrition in my extremely busy schedule?
I go to a college prep school, and we get TONS of homework (3-5 hours per night). This means I’m often up late (i usually go to bed at 1am), and often dont have alot of energy to workout. I have a part-time job 2x a week, I am involved in church and youth group, as well as several after school clubs. I also volunteer on Fridays. Needless to say, I’m pressed for time, and I find that I can’t find time to workout…maybe once or twice a week, but nothing consistent. I also tend to skip breakfast and eat rather unhealthy lunch food from my cafeteria (read: fries/bagels/etc) because I dont have time to make a lunch to bring to school. Does anyone know how I can integrate fitness/nutrition into my life? I do play volleyball in the fall, so it would be great if your suggestions possibly helped build strength/endurance for vball as well. Thanks!Just a little bit of new information today for all those internet marketers looking for the best new up and coming release for 2010. Be on the lookout of Niche Blueprint 2 coming on January 11, it is going to be huge and change the ecommerce marketplace.
It has to be more of a priority. You may have to eliminate one or more activities. (Personally, I’d ditch the volunteering first…)

Supplement! Try Herbalife products their the best. I’m not saying it because I’m a Distributor. I’m saying it because I’m using these products and they are easy and basically you really don’t have to do exercise if you have abusy life. You just take these supplements and that’s it. But if you are not so busy you may want to try to do 10 minutes of cardio in the morning every day to keep your metabolism up for the rest of the day. Don’t skip breakfast, with Herbalife it’s fast and easy. Go to http://www.Herbalife.com, and read about the product. It’s the #1 Cellular Nutrition Product on the market!
I hope this helps.

Exercise on the weekends, get healthier foods at lunch, and wake up earlier to make sure you don’t skip breakfast. Do some of your work at school so you can have more time when you get home.

I have found a juice product that has 19 organic and wild grown pureed fruits. It is so convenient it has helped me get my servings of fruit without waste, and the time and energy buying cleaning fruit takes. Over the years I have learned that whole food supplements are the most efficient/effective way to supplement a stressful, busy life.
