I go to a college prep school, and we get TONS of homework (3-5 hours per night). This means I’m often up late (i usually go to bed at 1am), and often dont have alot of energy to workout. I have a part-time job 2x a week, I am involved in church and youth group, as well as several after school clubs. I also volunteer on Fridays. Needless to say, I’m pressed for time, and I find that I can’t find time to workout…maybe once or twice a week, but nothing consistent. I also tend to skip breakfast and eat rather unhealthy lunch food from my cafeteria (read: fries/bagels/etc) because I dont have time to make a lunch to bring to school. Does anyone know how I can integrate fitness/nutrition into my life? I do play volleyball in the fall, so it would be great if your suggestions possibly helped build strength/endurance for vball as well. It has to be more of a priority. You may have to eliminate one or more activities. (Personally, I’d ditch the volunteering first…)
