What are the nutrition for good health?
What are those nutrition which makes our body strong and healthy.
Well… practically everything is good for us to eat, its just the amount of it you eat.
You should know the "Pie Graph".
Fibers – Whole meal, Whole grain, and rye bread, pasta, etc are the healthier options.
Fruit – You shouldn’t have that many acidic foods. Have 2 serves a day.
Vegetables – If they’re green and good looking, thats better to eat. Have 5 serves a day.
Meat – You should only have 1-2 serves of meat a day. Unless you are a vegetarian of course. That would mean to eat a lot of legumes such as lentils, nuts, etc. to get protein from.
Dairy – Don’t have too much of this either. Things such as cheese are fattening and should not be consumed so much.

If you want to have stronger bones and a better outlook, try having omega 3 – which is found in fish or capsules, Calcium – which is found in milk based products, protein – which is found in meats and legumes (and high in broccoli!) and vitamin C – Found in fruit. You can buy chewable tablets if you are low in this.
