I already take 5000-10,000 mcgs of Biotin.
What can I take to help my thin nails to thicken or at the very least become a little stronger.
I am a healthy adult, I take a multivitamin, vit B, fish oil and calcium.
Are there any other supplements that I am forgetting?

I had the same problem. I tried some nail strengthening nail polish (It was like $2 at wallgreens or something) but it actually didn’t work. I guess it makes sense, it was only $2 or something. But, it’s good you’re taking calcium! Try vitamin E. If you puncture the little capsules and apply the liquidy stuff directly onto your cuticles, it actually does work as well. I’ve tried a lot of things…and that’s worked the best for me!
