He is saying we need to diet/use vitimins. he doesn’t mention the # 1 reaon for obesity or lard butts. It’s corn syrup/high futose corn syrup. Any doctor who doesn’t give the facts on corn syrup/ high futose corn syrup either is in the dark concerning diet, nutrition and obesity or he doesn’t care to revel it.corn syrup was the medicine of choice for weight gain anyone who was under weight or sickly especially children. It’s in all soft drinks/candy, krackers, pies, corn syrup is addictive

Magnesium …
Magnesium deficiency has ALOT of symptoms. Anxiety and depression, uncontrolled movements ( Magnesium relaxes the muscles in your body), night sweats, heart rate dysfunction, and if your deficient in magnesium long enough, your body starts depleting potassium as well. THats the only reason i figured out i was deficient, because the doctors saw i had no potassium and it was strange. The list goes on and on.
LSDlucid – Hmmm…. …
LSDlucid – Hmmm….that doesn’t seem familiar to me here in America, so maybe in Belgium it is a different product? Beats me.
Yeah well caffeine …
Yeah well caffeine is a stimulant drug, if I was trying to avoid it I would buy different vitamins.
Anyways I do recommend the 1 a day brand vitamins, they are packed with a shmorgish board of nutrients and come in specialized types depending on why your taking them.
PlatnumEyes- That …
Seriously. Can you tell us more about this? I’d like to learn more about this.
PlatnumEyes- That is very interesting to learn. I didn’t know a magnesium deficiency could cause anxiety problems. Maybe this is why so many people are stressed out these days?
LSDlucid – Wow. I …
LSDlucid – Wow. I see. I wasn’t aware that brand had caffeine in it, of all things. I’m very surprised. I’ve read many articles all saying caffeine has a lot of health drawbacks.
By buzz i mean …
By buzz i mean caffeine buzz because they have caffeine in them, hence the name “1 a day energy” I think there’s like 200 or 300 mg in each one, about as much as a large coffee.
Oh, because I had a …
Oh, because I had a magnesium deficiency that was misdiagnosed as anxiety. So, when i started taking magnesium i felt so much better. Most people have mag. deficiencies and dont know it.
JQA–Shure. Im not …
JQA–Shure. Im not totally against SUPPLEMENTATION. However, i do caution people to watch that their kitchen cabinets dont start to resemble their medicine cabinets! Only with Supplements rather than Prescription Meds.

Mutwasze – With …
Mutwasze – With today’s foods being so nutrient deficient, a dietician couldn’t give you a daily diet of food to eat that would provide the minimum USRDA amounts without becoming obese. A good multivitamin is very important.
kiiaz – Vitamins …
kiiaz – Vitamins are the fuel for your body. Without sufficient vitamins and minerals, your body doesn’t perform as it should, has a harder time warding of sickness, disease and you can’t be at your best in a state like that.
wiresystem – Yes. …
wiresystem – Yes. High blood pressure, heart problems, irritability and lack of sleep. Caffeine isn’t good for us.
FallenSoulRising – …
FallenSoulRising – With today’s vegetables and foods being so seriously depleted of nutrients due to over-farming of farmlands, a good multivitamin makes a lot of health sense.
bumbacutthoat – Yes …
bumbacutthoat – Yes. I’ve been using Altrum Daily Nutritional Support for many years and it is the best multivitamin I have seen on the market. The price is reasonable too. I also take Altrum Alfalfa tablets and they have totally eliminated very bad arthritis pain I was having. If you’d like more information, send me a message and I’ll help you out.
PlatnumEyez – Why …
PlatnumEyez – Why do you take a Magnesium supplement? Why is is great?
AnnaMishel – …
AnnaMishel – Consuming 100% of the USRDA, or, “MDR”, doesn’t mean good health. Those recommendations were established way back in the 1950’s when farmlands weren’t over-farmed and as a result, nutrient depleted. I’ve read that 1 ear of corn from the 1950’s has the equivalent nutrients of 13 ears of corn today. Our food is seriously nutrient-deficient and this can have serious health issues, including the epidemic of obesity we see now. 100% of the USRDA doesn’t mean good health.
ryansatworkfc – The …
ryansatworkfc – The minimum USDRA allowances are just that minimums and are to prevent vitamin deficiency diseases like scurvy and rickets. Getting 100% of the USRDA doesn’t mean good health, as many people assume.
LSDlucid – There …
LSDlucid – There are much better vitamin supplements than that brand and if a vitamin supplement is giving you a, “buzz”, might want to check out what you are actually consuming. lol
GrowA – Organic …
GrowA – Organic vegetables cost more because they don’t have pesticides being used on them, so more of the organic vegetables are destroyed or damaged by insects. This of course drives costs up. Plus, stands to reason, if something is better, (as organic vegetables are), it usually costs more. Supply and demand.
