How do I replenish electrolytes without sugary sports drinks?

Im a boxer and work out and sweat alot and I noticed when i get dehydrated i get slight headaches so I want to keep around something to replenish my electrolytes because I sweat and piss them out after drinking so much water, Is there any other way to replenish them quickly without drinking sugary stuff like gatorade powerade and pedialyte?Just a little bit of new information today for all those internet marketers looking for the best new up and coming release for 2010. powerade and gatorade are the only 2 energy drinks proven to be more benficial then water during intense exercise exceeding the 1hr mark as ur a boxer u train for more then 1hr so u should take a powerade or gatorade these not only replace lost electrolytes they also provide u with a quick hit of carbs providing extra energy during working out so u prolong "hitting the wall" if u know wat i mean by that.
so basically powerade and gatorade thats all
