Im a boxer and work out and sweat alot and I noticed when i get dehydrated i get slight headaches so I want to keep around something to replenish my electrolytes because I sweat and piss them out after drinking so much water, Is there any other way to replenish them quickly without drinking sugary stuff like gatorade powerade and pedialyte?Just a little bit of new information today for all those internet marketers looking for the best new up and coming release for 2010.
