How do I replenish electrolytes without sugary sports drinks?
Im a boxer and work out and sweat alot and I noticed when i get dehydrated i get slight headaches so I want to keep around something to replenish my electrolytes because I sweat and piss them out after drinking so much water, Is there any other way to replenish them quickly without drinking sugary stuff like gatorade powerade and pedialyte?Learning about the in’s and out’s of internet marketing can be difficult unless you have a great mentor and where can that mentorship be found? powerade and gatorade are the only 2 energy drinks proven to be more benficial then water during intense exercise exceeding the 1hr mark as ur a boxer u train for more then 1hr so u should take a powerade or gatorade these not only replace lost electrolytes they also provide u with a quick hit of carbs providing extra energy during working out so u prolong "hitting the wall" if u know wat i mean by that.
so basically powerade and gatorade thats all
