powerade and gatorade are the only 2 energy drinks proven to be more benficial then water during intense exercise exceeding the 1hr mark as ur a boxer u train for more then 1hr so u should take a powerade or gatorade these not only replace lost electrolytes they also provide u with a quick hit of carbs providing extra energy during working out so u prolong &quot;hitting the wall&quot; if u know wat i mean by that.

so basically powerade and gatorade thats all&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;yr 12 p.e student learnt this all yesterday</description>
