I personally like Vitamin water..I wouldn’t go working out with it though. I mostly drink it just to drink something other than soda..I would rather go working out with Gatorade. That is a better product without a doubt to go working out with..either that or Powerade.

How about the fact that all of them except the vitamin water have artificial sweeteners like sucralose, aspartame, or acesulfame potassium that are horrible for the body. When your thirsty you need some water. If you don’t like it then squeeze some lemon in it. These drinks all suck for real health. Drink evian or fiji.

Yeah Propel is tastes blah. When I first tasted it, I immediately threw it down the drain. The best thing about it is the bottle it came in. I use it as my water bottle.
