What soft drinks or sports drinks have the least amount of sugar and sodium?

I am looking for a way to hydrate myself without getting too much sugar or sodium. I have tried to start drinking regular water but I just don’t have the taste for it and then I wind up not drinking it. I already have 3-4 cups of herbal tea a day (I whole-heartedly promote tea) but I need more.Learning about the in’s and out’s of internet marketing can be difficult unless you have a great mentor and where can that mentorship be found? If you really want to succeed online you must get yourself a copy of Commission Blueprint 2.0 created by Steven Clayton and Tim Godfrey. The tools alone are worth the cost alone. Best wishes!
try adding some lemon or lime juice to your water

Try Propel Fitness Water. It’s around $2 and nearly every 7-11, gas station and convenience store has it. It is very healthy and comes in like 6 flavors.

Try bottled water – different brands have different tastes! I know that some definitely have a plastic taste to them, but some are very crisp. Just keep experimenting until you find one you like!

They have flavored water it’s pretty good cuz I too don’t like drinking just plain water me and my husband drinks this soda that’s called waist watchers, it has no sugar or sodium in it. he’s a diabetic so we have to be careful on what we buy too If anything you can make your own flavored water just use plain water, and put pieces of fruit in the water too, like maybe lemon and limes. Anyway, that’s all I can think of right now you take care. Bye.
