What Creatine and other sports supplements should i use?
Im 18 and about 5"10 about 115 pounds and skinny i started lifting weights and taking whey protein. i want to take creatine to help build more bulk muscle. any one have any preferences on different creatines and supplements. thanks

Hey, I’m not sure if Creatine is 100% safe. I’ve heard different things about it and the bad things just are worth it. So I quit Creatine as soon as I found it out. I’ve gained alot of muscle by just using Whey protein. Been doing wrights for around 6 months and can see a massive difference. Just use Whey protein and eat as much chicken fish and good sorces of protein. You can not gain muscle without eating write and enough to keep your body full. Hope I helped
