what kind of protien or creatine supplements should i take to get bigger?

im 15, 5′3 and 120 lbs i want to know what the best kind of Sports Supplements is best for me?
I’m 15 also and found the Xyience Xgainer has worked the best for me while I am clean bulking. I went from 6′ 135 pounds to 6′ 2” 175 in 8 months. I wouldn’t reccomend Muscle Milk because it did not show me any results.Learning about the in’s and out’s of internet marketing can be difficult unless you have a great mentor and where can that mentorship be found? Since you’re 15…if you want to get any taller, I suggest you don’t take Creatine.
If you must take supplements, take Whey protein, and even power bars.
But if you want to get big, fast…eat a lot of eggs, and meat. Challenge yourself, try to take down 2500 calories a day, (it’s hard, I did it all through high school) keep down the saturated fat if you can. work out. lift weights, run up and down the stairs. do push ups and curls.
most important, if you don’t want to get really sick, drink a ton of water, or gatorade. for every 20 grams of protein your packing down, drink 8 oz water, or else you WILL regret it
get all that protein backed up in your system…gah

If you must take something, I would stick with a whey protein shake and use creatine before workouts only. If money is an issue, they do have some at Wal Mart and places like that (not the best quality, I know, but when you are broke, you have to use what you can get sometimes). Otherwise I would suggest going to somewhere like GNC and talking to someone working there. They generally have a good idea what types of things work(though they will push you to the pricier stuff).

I USUALLY HAVE A SCOOP OF PROTEIN AND 1 OF CREATINE BEFORE MY WORKOUT, TO ENSURE I HAVE ENERGY TO WORKOUT, THEN I’LL HAVE THE SAME THING AFTER MY WORKOUT.

I recomend just working out and taking some straight whey protein which won’t hurt you, research and experiment, an walmart is the cheapest.
